These terms and conditions apply to all transactions by any customers. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By registering at the online store or making any purchase you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this website. All trading on this website is subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any purchase, manipulation or fraud is deemed unlawful by English Law, then it shall also be deemed by this website, and any appropriate penalties may be enforced.

Acceptance of Orders

Any order is a request for a product only. Any automatic order confirmation serves as a notice of a product request and a confirmation that your order has been received only and does not validate a confirmed order. All orders require manual authorisation, and we maintain the right at any time to refuse an order. We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks. We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or you fail our security checks, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

All deliveries unless otherwise stated are performed via Royal Mail using the 1st class service. First class mail is usually delivered within one working day, but customers are advised to allow for two working days. For standard in-store items which require no customisation and are in-stock, please allow 24 hours for dispatch. For non-standard items and items which require customisation, a delivery time will be agreed with the customer. For international orders or other shipping methods, please contact us for a quote and delivery time estimation. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. For other carriage services, such as tracked or recorded delivery methods, please email of phone us. Carrier charges are as follows, and are inclusive of packaging costs.

Orders less than £10: £2.95
Orders between £10.01 - £99.99: £4.20
Orders Between £100 - £199.99: £6.50
Orders £200 and above : Free

Returns Policy

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. It is your duty to check your goods upon delivery, and if any discrepancy is found, it must be reported withing 2 days of receiving the goods. The buyer is responsible for shipping back the item, and also for the postage cost of doing so. We will only accept returns for damage during carriage, or a production error or default. Any damages caused by the customer are not the responsibility of Phoenix Caving. We will also not accept returns if it appears the item has been used after the discrepancy was found. If an item has a default that can easily be repaired, we maintain the right to repair it and return the repaired item to you in place of a brand new item.

Reproduction

As many of our products are custom made, some differences may occur with your product and the product photo. Product photos, and their representation thereof (including size, colour, shape, and any other feature) are for illustrative purposes only.

Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.

Although we aim to make our website secure and treat your privacy with the highest importance, we accept no responsibility for any negative financial incident occuring to any users due to using our website, including, but not exclusively including, fraud, identity theft and monetary theft.

Although we may store your submitted personal details for the purpose of delivery and payment, we do not trade, give or sell these details to any third party and respect your privacy. Signing up as a store member is optional, and by doing so you are agree to allow us to store any submitted details in our database. We may send you relevant store promotions and other related communication. If you wish not to receive this, it is your duty to let us know, which can be done by sending us an email stating so.
